These license terms constitute the agreement between Efes Soft Company (or one of our affiliated resellers, depending on where you live) and you. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to the software in question if the software was purchased and downloaded from the Efes Soft Reseller website and/or installed by the purchaser’s software Efes Soft Reseller on the domain name (domain) specified by you.

These terms apply to all subsequent versions (including any updates or supplements) of the Efes Soft software, updates, supplements, Internet-based services (unless these items are accompanied by other terms). If other terms accompany them, the relevant terms will apply.

Installation or use of the software, as described below, also constitutes verification, automatic downloading, and your consent to certain updates and Internet-based services.

A regular license is a continuing license to use the digital work (product) of your choice, valid for one year.

It grants each purchaser of the software a non-exclusive, regular license to use the Software and accompanying Documentation for the duration of the License Term.

A regular license is a single software license purchased for yourself or a customer.

A regular license is a type of license that is licensed annually for a single domain name.

After the annual usage period of the software expires, you must renew the license.

If the license is not renewed, the hosting and all product licenses connected to your software will be canceled and your system will not work.

Software that does not renew the license will be closed in the system for 3 months and will be automatically deleted at the end of the third month.

Individuals and institutions that forget to renew the license can renew their licenses within 3 months. The system of individuals and institutions that renew the license will continue to work as before.

It is prohibited to sell and transfer regular license software to third parties and institutions.

The copyrights of the software and documentation are protected by the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and the New Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 of the Turkish Penal Code.

Legal and criminal proceedings are applied to individuals and institutions that copy, clone and distribute Efes Soft software over the internet, in accordance with the articles of the New Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 on Crimes in the Field of Information Technology and the relevant articles of the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.

The Enhanced License is a continuing, lifetime license to use the digital work (product) of your choice.

The Enhanced License grants each purchaser of the software a non-exclusive, lifetime license to use the Software and accompanying Documentation for the lifetime of the Enhanced License.

An enhanced license is a single software license purchased for yourself or a customer.

An enhanced license is a type of license that is licensed for a lifetime for one domain name.

An enhanced license is a license that is open to lifetime use and is closed to third party sales.

Anyone who purchases software with an enhanced license cannot sell the software they purchased to third party individuals and institutions.

The copyrights of the software and documentation are protected by the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and the provisions of the New Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 of the Turkish Penal Code.

Legal and criminal proceedings are applied to individuals and institutions that copy, clone and distribute Efes Soft software over the internet within the scope of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846, in accordance with the articles of the New Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 on Crimes in the Field of Information Technology and the relevant articles of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846.
